Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we store only the transaction reference and timestamp — not your full account number or UPI handle. Payment processors retain their own records under their privacy terms, separate from ours.

Data Retention Periods

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after closure as required by the applicable regulatory framework. Once the retention window closes, your data is permanently deleted from our production systems.

We share data with third parties only where necessary — identity verification providers, payment processors and fraud-detection services. Every third party operates under a data-processing agreement and is prohibited from using your data for any purpose outside the service they provide us.
